We have the right to change anytime and without advance notice our Terms and Conditions of Sales, we recommend you to read these before ordering. The applicable conditions of sales are the ones current on the day of the validation of the order.

CouleurSedona – Sylvie BROCHARD, the owner represents the brand Couleur Sedona, and has control over the main activities: the conception, the manufacturing and the distribution of her collection of travel articles and leather goods products.
2. CHARACTERISTIC OF THE PRODUCTS
The products proposed are those which appear in the catalogue published on the website.
Couleur Sedona, present the characteristics necessary to the article L111-1of consumption code.
The products proposed are available according to our available stock. Each products is accompanied by a descriptive.
The photography and the proposed description on the web site Couleur Sedona are (not) indicative. Couleur Sedona’s owner can’t ensure perfect similarity between the product proposed, and the product sold especially concerning the colors and textures of the materials.
3. CONTROL
You can place an order on our website
These are the different steps to place an order:
- Select the article(s) of your choice and add it/them to your basket.
- Select your basket then validate it.
- You have the opportunity of identifying yourself on our customer account or creating one on the base of your email address and password that you have chosen.
- Enter your delivery address then confirm.
- Enter your billing address if this one is not the same as the delivery one.
- Choose your delivery method then validate it.(colissimo or recorded delivery)
- Select your payment method and validate it.
The order cannot be checked on the website unless you are identified by completing the on line form. (The compulsory fields are marked by one *)
When your order has been validated, you will automatically receive within an hour a first e-mail and a receipt.

4. Terms of payment
The website couleurSedona offers the following methods of payment :
*by cheque ,send by mail,during the 10 days days following the order.Mention the cheque to the order « Sylvie BROCHARD -couleurSedona »,and don”t forget to mention your order number on the back of your cheque.The order will be prepared only after the cashing of the cheque,and so you’ll receive the confirmation by email.

*by secure payment Stripe(with credit card or Stripe secure payment account):you can pay via your account, create an account, or pay without registering on the secure site stripe.
All orders not accompanied by one payment will not be prepared. The contract is formed between couleurSedona and the customer upon issue of the confirmation of the order by the customer.
5. Prices
Products prices quoted on the website couleurSedona are in Euros with VAT included, excluding delivery costs; For professionals, no VAT will be recover following the purchase (VAT not applicable ART 293 B of the CGI). Keep your invoice, it will serve you in case Exchange or refund. Any costs of delivery are indicated to the buyer at the end of the order and will be charged in addition to the price of the products selected according to the shipping obligations.
The prices in the final order are quoted in euros and are clearely mentioned before the confirmation of the order .
L’EI couleurSedona- Sylvie Brochard reserves the right to change its prices at any time and undertakes to apply the rates in force on the site at the time of your order.
6. Delivery
Delivery shipment any order can be made in France and in Europe ;
For each order, you will be asked a contractual participation at the expense of processing the order (port, packaging, preparation of the package…) that provided you when placing your order. The shipment of packages is done by La Poste in Colissimo, against signature within 8 days, for all items for sale on the site couleursedona.
7. Time of withdrawal
In accordance with the article L121-21-8 of French consumption Code, an item purchased following a special order(supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised), will not be resumed, or exchanged. Thus, you will not be able to invoke your right to renege. In accordance with article L121-20-12, you have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase at a distance for an order on the site, without having to prove motive or to bear penalties. The period begins from the day of their reception, beyond this period EI couleurSedona – Sylvie BROCHARD – will be free to refuse the Exchange or refund.
The items will be exchanged or refunded only if they are complete (packing, accessories, certificate of authenticity) and in a perfect state of resale. The return is at the risk of the customer. The product must be returned in its packing of origin, in its original condition, brand new, unworn, unwashed, compellingly with the right of return to the following address (previously sent by email your request);
To exchange an item or be reimbursed, you must follow the following steps:

- use packaging and the package of origine
- send the package with the return receipt completed, at the following address:
Shipping and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer,
L ‘EI couleurSedona -Sylvie Brochard doesn’t accept any return packaging in exchange with shipment payment.
In the case of an Exchange, the re-delivery will be at the expense of the buyer.
Any items returned incomplete, damaged, stained or not respecting the return procedure, will be refused, so exchanged, nor refunded.
Without Exchange of the returned item, the reimbursement of the price charged (excluding shipping costs) will be made, by EI couleurSedona – Sylvie BROCHARD to the bank account of the customer at the latest within 30 days receipt of the package.
8. Item guarantees
In application of articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil Code and articles L. 211 – 1 to L. 212 – 1 of the Code of consumption, the products purchased on the site couleurSedona benefit of the warranty against latent defects and the legal guarantee of conformity .
These guarantees are valid 2 years. The time limit begins upon receipt of your item for the legal obligation of compliance (article L211-12 of the Code of consumption), and from the discovery of the defect for the guarantee of hidden defects (article 1648 of the French civil Code).
l’EI couleurSedona-Sylvie BROCHARD is entitled to notice by itself the defect to the customer, to find a solution to remedy the possible defcts or anomalies.
The customer must not take action by himself on the items , neither ask a third party to this end.So in this case,l’EI couleurSedona -Sylvie BROCHARD will never be held responsible for the bad possible state of the article .
Leather is sensitive to the natural elements, conserve it in a temperate place, into it’s original box, and packed into with solk paper to keep its good shape.

after receiving the request by email, couleurSedona will informe the customer of the procedures.
Are excluded of this guarantee :
-the normal wear due to a regular use,
-the normal wear due to friction,
-the exposure to water and humidity
-the exposure to extreme temperature
-the exposure to the sun or moon for a long time
-the exposure with inappropriate product or solvent
-damages due to a bad upkeep, a bad using or a lack of due care,
-the replacement of consumable or material
-the anormal and non-compliant using of the items
9. SAV
Any item couleurSedona is defective, (in accordance with the item warranty), we invite the customer to send immediatly an email to the following address sylvie@couleursedona.com.
Item will be repaired free of charge or replaced with an identical item, or an equivalent value (if out of stock).
For any further repairs (use, upkeep,accident or mishap…), couleurSedona will quote a price to repair
10. Personal informations
informations submitted by the customer, are exclusively reserved to couleurSedona and are necessary for the order process , informations will never be submitted to a third parties.According to the law computer and freedoms 78/17 of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access, modification, rectification and deletion of the personal data about you. If you wish to exercise this right, simply contact us at sylvie@couleursedona.com giving us your name and address.
11. Intellectual property rights
The brand couleurSedona,figurative or not, on the items sold on the website couleursedona.com, the accessories and the wrapping are and still the exclusive property of l’EI couleurSedona -Sylvie BROCHARD
Reproduction use, even partially, link simple or Hypertext in any capacity whatsoever, elements of the site which they are Visual, or software is strictly prohibited without the express written and prior agreement of EI couleursedona – Sylvie BROCHARD
All components of the website couleursedona,and distinguishing features as well as drawings, models, logos and distinctive signs, are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the EI couleursedona
– Sylvie BROCHARD.
All elements of the site couleursedona, visual or audio, are the exclusive property of the EI couleursedona – Sylvie BROCHARD. Any reproduction total or partial of the site without written permission is prohibited.
12. Entirety
in the case of the theorie that one of the clauses would be null and with any modification of additional legislation clause, of regulation or modified by a court decision, in any way the validity and the respect of the present terms and conditions would be affected.

L’EI couleurSedona has an obligation of result for all stages of order as well as for the steps after the conclusion of the contract.
So L’EI couleursedona – Sylvie BROCHARD agrees to most accurately describe products sold on its website.
Similarly, the responsibility for the EI couleurSedona – Sylvie BROCHARD can not be held for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses,or more generally all the cases of force majeure defined by the French court.
L’EI couleursedona – Sylvie BROCHARD could not be held liable for inconvenience and damage related to the use of Internet network such as including a break in service, the presence of computer viruses or intrusions external or more generally all cases of force majeure by the courts.
15. Regulation of contentions
The present terms and general conditions are subject to French law.
Any dispute must be subject to a prior attempt to settle. In the absence of amicable settlement, jurisdiction is attributed to the courts French.
